Brake line
Generally, brake systems have a section of soft rubber tubing used to support suspension activities. However, rubber itself is elastic and can deform when subjected to hydraulic pressure from the brake system, causing changes in the diameter of the tubing and reducing the transmission effect of brake oil hydraulic pressure, making it impossible for the brake cylinder to generate stable braking force. This situation will worsen the degree of deformation with the service life and severe operation of the brake system. The metal oil pipes that were originally used in aircraft hydraulic systems and can withstand high pressure and high temperature can improve this situation. The interior is made of Teflon material, and the outer layer is covered with a metal snake tube, which is not easily deformed and provides excellent hydraulic transmission effect. The hydraulic pressure transmitted from the brake master cylinder can be fully used to push the split piston, providing stable braking force. In addition, metal materials also have the characteristic of not being easily damaged, which can greatly reduce the probability of brake failure caused by oil pipe damage. The brake oil pipe is a necessary modification for racing cars, especially RALLY racing cars, and provides another safety guarantee for general road vehicles.
